A graduate of the National Theatre School, Josh’s diverse career has included work with Canada’s finest theatre companies including: The Stratford Festival, Shaw Festival, National Arts Centre, Soulpepper and CanStage. In addition to his theatrical credits, Josh has designed over 200 industrial shows for clients in the pharmaceutical, automotive and beverage industries, among others. Recent credits include Assistant Lighting Designer for the National Arts Centre production of “The Wrong Son”; Associate Lighting Designer for CanStage’s production of HAiR; Lighting Design for the Art of Jazz festival and the Acting Irish International Theatre Festival.
Joshua Koffman
Designer, developer and entreprenuer; Josh is a designer with a twist. After starting "3 Minutes to Midnite Productions", a successful production company based in Columbus, Josh moved to Toronto to attend Ryerson University's theatre program. Majoring in Lighting Design, Josh graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre. Like a theatrical secret agent, he leads a double life as a product engineer, designing products for a number of areas of the live entertainment. Josh's work can be seen in a number of popular products on the market today. His ability to draw on a large body of knowledge has enabled him to craft unique custom solutions for both one offs and the mass market.
